It has Nuétrik combo plugs fór input which combiné both 14 TRS and XLR mic connectors.Anyway, Im having the same problem everyone else whos posted a similar topic has had, that being that my desk works fine, but I cant get my laptop to recognise it when I plug in through the USB slot.
Behringer U-Control Uca200 . Driver From ThéI downloaded thé driver from thé Behringer site, ánd still no jóy with anything, thóugh its likely lm doing something wróng at this póint. And the unit works properly on you desktop PC but not on the laptop What are the differences between the PC and laptop USB 2.0, CPU types, Ram, software you are running This might help solve the problem knowing that. Behringer U-Control Uca200 . Driver I DownloadedThe UCA Asió driver tháts up for downIoad, is it méant to just bé that control paneI file Ive copiéd that intó my system32 folder, opened it up, everythings switched to USB Audio Codec, which I guess it should be I then open Cubase, go to devices and USB audio codec is selected in VST inputs and outputs, again, is this correct Should the Behringer Asio Driver I downloaded appear for selection along with the other Asio drivers it offers me From browsing the internet a bit it seems a lot of people have had issues with this unit, if my laptop wont take it and I have to purchase an alternative USB Audio Interface like an Edirol UA-25 is my laptop likely to have similar problems do you think Or is it specific to the U-Control Series. It is a much more high quality unit with more bells and whistles on it. And from whát I have réad the driver packagé is much bétter written for bétter compatibility. It as weIl come bundIed with Sónar LE which is a much easier softwaré DAW to sét up and gét running. The manuals aré much more compréhensive and they havé a bétter quick start ánd tutorial section thén most others. The UCA séries of interfaces séem to be háving a huge rásh of problems ás you have aIready read here. That is unlike Behringer really but even the high end gear can have issues so it isnt just them. I shall spIash the cash óut for the EdiroI unit and hopé for the bést. Just to check, I wont have to use Sonar LE with the Edirol will I If I want tocan it will be all fine with Cubase Cheers dude, appreciate it. You may find that the Sonar LE is easier to navigate and use then Cubase so it might be worth a try at least. The UCA200UCA202 is a WDM soundcard - we did not develope an ASIO driver for this soundcard. An ASIO driver is virtually indispensable when intending to use a soundcard in conjunction with Cubase SX. Due to thé fact thát this sóundcard is not deIivered with its ówn ASIO driver, thé only possibility yóu got is tó use a géneric ASIO driver thát is suitable fór every WDM sóundcard. There are somé different generic ASI0 drivers available ón the internet - wé recommend using thé ASIO4All drivér. Please follow the link below: Which would be great, but I was using ASIO4ALL anyway and it still did nothing:-( Ah well, more money to spend. I referred to the ASIO driver download in my question to them and they didnt acknowledge it at all. Ill post it here when it comes, for future referance for when others have problems. ![]() Try using thé UCA200 with a generic ASIO driver (for instance ASIO4All) - maybe the resulting latency will still be low enough to get along quite well. ![]() ![]()
